Rose Lin Foundation: A Beacon of Hope and Service for Every Filipino
Founded in 2023, the Rose Lin Foundation is a dynamic non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City. Though rooted in one of the most vibrant communities of Metro Manila, its impact reaches far beyond the city limits—extending across the islands of the Philippines, from Luzon to Mindanao.

We believe that education is a right, not a privilege. Through scholarships, tutorial programs, school supply distributions, and digital literacy workshops, we aim to bridge the educational gap for underserved communities.
Regular medical outreach activities provide free consultations, basic health services, and essential medicines to individuals with limited access to healthcare, focusing on prevention, treatment, and wellness.
Good oral health is essential for overall well-being. Our dental missions offer free check-ups, tooth extractions, dental cleanings, and oral hygiene education to promote healthy smiles in the community.
We empower individuals and families through skills training, livelihood grants, and entrepreneurship support, fostering economic independence and long-term community development.
Promoting wellness beyond conventional care, we offer safe and accessible alternative therapies, including herbal medicine and holistic treatments, especially in areas with limited medical resources.
Mobility is dignity. We provide free wheelchairs to persons with disabilities and senior citizens, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Our foundation offers free notarial services to assist individuals and families with legal documents, contracts, and affidavits—ensuring access to legal support without financial burden.
Health screening is key to early detection. Our free body scan service allows individuals to monitor vital health indicators and receive recommendations for further care if needed.

Justice should be accessible to all. We provide free legal consultations and assistance to those facing legal challenges, especially marginalized and low-income individuals.
The foundation released cash through medical assistance from January January 3, 2025 up to present to help indigent residents to settle their medical bills and purchase medicine.
