QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES — Reaffirming its dedication to sustainable community wellness, the Rose Lin Foundation successfully facilitated ground operations for the PhilHealth YAKAP Program outreach in Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon.
The mission centered on helping families gain convenient access to baseline medical check-ups and primary healthcare benefits guaranteed by the government.
Collaborative Ground Facilitation
To guarantee an orderly rollout, the foundation worked in close coordination with partner organizations CSG and Bukad-Palad NGO. Together, the teams provided essential logistics and on the ground assistance to HealthyLink, the accredited PhilHealth YAKAP healthcare provider responsible for clinical evaluations and beneficiary profiling.
By serving as a bridge between the provider and the local neighborhood, the foundation ensured that community members experienced a streamlined and supportive environment.
Strategic Two-Part Execution
The health activity in Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon was systematically structured into two main stages:
- Beneficiary Pre-Registration:
Volunteers and community staff assisted residents with account verification, system profiling, and formal enrollment under HealthyLink as their designated primary care facility. - Onsite Medical Caravan:
Beneficiaries received comprehensive health evaluations, medical consultations, and primary preventive care advice from attending health professionals.
Strengthening Community Health Resilience
The continuous expansion of the YAKAP outreach program reflects the Rose Lin Foundation’s commitment to ensuring that basic medical services remain accessible to every household.
The Rose Lin Foundation extends its appreciation to HealthyLink, CSG, Bukad-Palad NGO, and the community leaders of Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon for their shared efforts in promoting public health.
